Not only found cedar shakes under 2 layers of asphalt, but also instead of plywood at the bottom there was old school slats with large gaps older rafters. By law it must be up to code with plywood - and at the insurance companies dime. So with this huge problem encountered they still had my beautiful roof installed by the end of the day! Boy what a great find they are!“
During today's awful weather, I observed that water was leaking from my roof through one of my light sockets. I was referred to Top Notch through the remediation company that works with my insurance company, and boy what a great find they are! Within 2 hours of speaking to the Top Notch team, on an incredibly stormy and busy day for them, they had a representative out to my house to temporarily stop the problem during all the weather, and will be coming back to do the permanent fix when it dries enough. I am so grateful to the team for their responsive, professional, and truly helpful service. What a great find - they will be our go-to from here on out!
